Hi & Welcome to the Home of the e-Formation Queen!

I'm Carolyn Gray, and ALL my life I have wanted to be a queen!  I guess you could say I have some sort of a queen complex.  Over the years, this has led me to wear crown jewelry, crowns on my keychain, etc..   However, what I find most interesting is that instead of causing me to be more focused on myself, this queen complex has actually given me an overwhelming desire to help people, especially women, as well as to share empowering information and find/offer products that help us feel like the queens we all are.  

This queen complex also led me to write the book Secrets of a Skinny Jean Queen®:  A 7-Step Guide to Help You Eat & Act Like You Have Some Sense, as well as to create the e-Formation Queen channel on YouTube where I share entertaining information plus a whole lotta conversation.  Who knew this crazy queen complex could help define my company’s mission:  To share information, products and services that Encourage, Empower, Elevate, Educate, and Entertain Extraordinary Women All Around the World.
